Delicious local flavours elevated, exceptional food with lovely staff and great service. The juice pairings were excellent as were the wine pairings I just wish it had been cleared how many courses the wine was to pair with. Favourite dishes green beans, tomato in pastry case, parpadelle, seabuckthorn and egg yolk, rosemary desert. Worth a visit.

We had a truly outstanding evening at Octavin. The long menu felt like visiting Tuscany and its traditions in a very innovative and creative way, centered on local and seasonal (delicious) produces. It felt very respectful of the history and land and very personal at the same time (an amazing balance!). The wine pairing was perfect, and the service as well. Congratulations to the whole team, we would love to come back!
