RISTORANTE INSOLITO - Il ristorante Osso Macelleria e Fornelli ha una politica di vendita piuttosto insolita. I clienti scelgono direttamente dal banco macelleria la carne che desiderano per pranzo o cena e questa viene cucinata mentre loro si accomodano nelle semplici e curate salette.
NON SOLO CARNE - Il menù è dunque ricchissimo di secondi piatti, ma la cucina prepara anche diversi primi, oltre a taglieri di salumi e formaggi e deliziosi antipasti. Si possono scegliere carni di diversa provenienza, che vengono poi preparate in tagliata, brasati, arrosti, oppure alla griglia o trasformate in hamburger e tartare. Immancabile la costata fiorentina.
VINI - Buona la scelta dei vini, pensati come abbinamenti ai piatti di carne.
