9/10The food feels fresh, with quality ingredients. It is more creative than the standard Italian menus, which is a welcome change. The service is quite pleasant, perhaps a little slow but that may be due to the fact that dishes may be cooked to order. Altogether a very enjoyable lunch.

About the restaurant
El auténtico sabor mediterráneo se cocina en los fogones de Ostaja. Un restaurante que combina la pasión por la cocina y por la región italiana de La Liguria del chef Giacomo Boero. La gastronomía ligur es una unión culinaria entre los mejores platos del mar con los mejores productos de la tierra. Platos simples (solo aparentemente) que se potencian con el uso de hierbas aromáticas, típicas de la maquia mediterránea. Cocina de altos vuelos perfectamente atendida por sus dos propietarios, en la que ofrecen un menú degustación con 5 platos a elegir y una carta de temporada muy apetecible (calamar con escaluñas caramelizadas, col de Milán y salsa maltesa, botones artesanales rellenos de calabaza, costillas de cordero con crema de remolacha…). Para beber y acompañar, lo mejor está en su carta de vinos, en el apartado reservado a pequeñas joyas italianas. Ahí lo dejamos.
Todas las semanas traen una variedad de albahaca fresca directamente de Liguria para hacer la salsa de la Bavette con pesto. ¡Pídela sin dudar!
