Absolutely exceptional. We booked the Signature Experience and it was nothing short of extraordinary—easily on par with a Michelin-star restaurant. Every dish showcased remarkable creativity, precision, and care, both in flavor and presentation. The ambiance perfectly complemented the meal, creating an experience that felt curated from start to finish. This isn’t just dinner—it’s a must-do culinary event.

A visit to Alchemix is a journey. This incredible experience is a fusion of cocktails and selected food that will not leave you indifferent from one new plate to the next. The friendly staff is actually your companion, explaining both the ingredients and the story that brought the flavors to your table. A visit to Barcelona was made with this incredible experience top of the top. Superb!

Incredible experience! We reserved a table for NYE in 2024. We had a tasting menù plus paired cocktails for each dish. Each pairing was tasty, with very high quality ingredients. The atmosphere was also really great. I would most definitely recommend it.

Very unique and intimate, only 3 to 4 tables are served during the evening and always directly by the chef and owner. An amazing experience! The food is maybe not on par with a Michelin star but sure to take you on a discovery journey!

Our experience here was probably the best one we've ever had in a restaurant. Alchemix only offers two dinner tables per nights, and Nacho, the owner, is the one serving and explaining the dishes. The combined experience of espectacular food, incredible attention to detail, cocktails, and passion from it's owner made it an unforgettable experience.
