We visited for the promise of an exceptional steak and we were not disappointed. The service was just exceptional- professional yet friendly, and being able to choose our own cut of steak was a nice touch. Steak melted in the mouth and had that lovely charcoal flavour from being cooked in a Josper. Really extensive wine list, great ambience; this is a restaurant we hope to return to one day.

A dream. Traveled from NYC and have been in Sicily and Calabria for 2 weeks. The food has obviously been amazing everywhere but this place is an elevated and slightly more modern version of Sicilian fare. They have an amazing aged steak selection from around the world and walk you to the refrigerators to discuss your choices. The two pasta dishes we had were insane. We were rolling our eyeballs in ecstasy. It’s an all around brilliant experience and the service is as good as it gets, anywhere n the world. Couldn’t recommend Ostaria enough.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The carpaccio was full of flavor, the pasta and risotto were cooked to perfection, and the lamb was wonderfully complemented by the leeks. The wine list was also fantastic, offering a great selection to pair with the meal

The service was great but the steak tasted like gas and was very expensive. The beef tartare was too salty and the wine was very warm which impacted the taste. The pasta we had was excellent but the other dishes need improvement.

Absolutely stunning food and service. The best food we ever ate. I signaled that it was my mother’s birthday and they offered her flowers and a candle for the dessert. I greatly appreciated their gesture and so definetely comming back.

Stunning experience. My son is now counting life as x days since I ate the lamb at Ostaria. Food was excellent. Portions perfect. Service was impeccable while always being friendly and approachable. A wonderful experience! Run don’t walk to Ostaria.

I can't say enough good things about Ostaria. It was one of the most impressive restaurant experiences I've ever had. I've been to plenty of restaurants that had great food and beautiful plating, but the service is what really shined at Ostaria. Their standard of excellence was apparent in everything they did. From little tiny details you wouldn't even think of to the big stuff, they tried to make everything as perfect as possible. I would recommend anyone spending time in Siracusa to go have dinner at Ostaria. If I come back to Siracusa someday, I'm definitely going back to Ostaria.

The food was delicious and the presentation superb! The service was professional and attentive. This was our best meal in Sicily! And we have had many excellent meals. The vegetable appetizer should not be missed. Our other courses were exceptional too.
