Very nice steak tartare. Great steak options. Just a shame there wasn’t any ambience. Spending 150 euros on food for two should feel a bit more special but it felt a bit like a fast food experience. Just missed a bit of personal touch, dimmed lights, candles etc

We were excited to go here but we were disappointed from the minute we walked in. No greeting from anyone at the front and the place felt sterile and lifeless:/ it just kept getting worse from there…we asked very basic questions about the meat and was given ZERO response. It was strange! The ambiance was cafeteria like with cool toned BRIGHT spotlights shining down on the tables, it was blinding and very unpleasant. Nothing like the usual dim candle lit steakhouses we were used to! The food came…my steak (filet) was really nothing special especially for the high price and the ribs looked very unappealing without any char to them…they looked rubbery and fatty! Food, service, ambiance ALL A FAILURE. Sorry but the 3 mini cannolis given as a gesture didn’t redeem the bad experience (although they were delicious!)

The lady who took our order was not welcoming at all. It did influence how much we enjoyed the night and we left as soon as we had eaten.

Really poor service and the steak weighed in at almost 2kg, 75% of which was bone! I understand tbone, but this was not appropriate and the restaurant should be responsible to provide a decent cut - ESPECIALLY when the customer is paying by the 100g!

In Sicily and fed up of pasta and pizza - needed a burger and can honestly say the food was lovely. Restaurant was a little quiet but it's off the beaten track - more people need to discover it!
