First contact was horrible as we had to negotiate to order entree because the kitchen was supposed to close at 23h and we came at 22h30. Waitress was rude the whole dinner. Unacceptable for a place of that level and price.

Attention to detail on each and every dish, the combination of flavours and exquisite presentation of the food proved that the restaurant has a top notch chef at the helm. The staff are warm and welcoming and it definitely a restaurant that deserves to do well.

What a fantastic experience! I am from New York and have eaten at the best restaurants in the world...but I think this may be my best dinner ever! Valentina is so passionate and serious, and pairs flavors I NEVER would think would work...but they do...and to amazing effect! She is a true artist, so inventive—it is refreshing to eat her food. The dishes were plated beautifully and served with infinite poise and aplomb by Barbara, a knowledgeable and professional server. She helped me pick my tasting menu and my wine, and all was perfection. Thank you for all of your kindness, my friends. I have one more week in Siracusa...and I think I must return! Grazie TTT!!!!

My partner and I were spending a week in Sicily and had a superb dining experience here. We enjoyed the degustation menu with wine pairings and found all courses and wines offered excellent.

Very helpful staff who made some good recommendations. Worth trying some of the local delicacies (spaghetti with sea urchin sauce. Quite a strong flavour). Good desert and wine

Menu choice was good, but not extensive. Restaurant itself was modern, clean, efficient. Very limited range of beer - we ended up being charged 18Euros for one bottle of beer. Overall good - for this part of Sicily, important to keep this restaurant in that context.
