Excellent traditional local restaurant. Obviously known to, and popular with, locals. Warm welcome (good English), good service. Cuisine variations on traditional fare including all the standards (vitello and risotto alla milanese) and some more inventive (fantastic black spaghetti with seafood carbonara). If you're visiting Milan and staying near linate or San donato don't eat in your boring modern hotel- take a 5 min taxi ride and eat like and with the locals
