We had a great lunch again at Osteria della Collina. Giuseppe was waiting for us with Trippa alla genovese! Last time I had this plate was 35-40 years ago made by my mom. It was a Ratatouille experience for me. In addition to the Trippa, I enjoyed DOP Pesto with a great Nebbiolo wine. Tutto benissimo!!

Wonderful time in Osteria della Collina. Everything we had was done with love and knowledge, plus the ingredients were top notch. However, the main reason why we are going back in two days was the attention and friendliness from Guiseppe and Antonella. It was a great pleasure to be their guests!
