6.5/10I found the food to be quite delightful, with flavors that were well-balanced and pleasing to the palate. However, I must mention that the pasta portions were disappointingly small, leaving a bit to be desired in terms of quantity. As for the desserts, the tiramisu did not meet my expectations and, regrettably, I cannot recommend it. Additionally, the service was somewhat lacking; the waitstaff did not seem particularly eager to assist. While the culinary experience had its high points, the overall dining experience could be improved with more generous portions and more attentive service.

10/10Very nice and relaxed traditional Tuscan dinner. Our favorite was the Pici with sausage and truffle. Delicious. Dessert was nice as well. Great value for the quality of the food.

10/10Our group enjoyed this restaurant so much! It was off the beaten path and so adorable inside. It was like an old cantina with arches and all. Claudia and the staff were incredibly nice, polite and served us with a smile. The food was delicious, every one said how amazing it was and wished they ordered another dish. This is a place to eat in Montepulciano!!! Don't wait! Make a reservation today!! :) Grazie mille a Fra L'Altro!!! Torneremo sicuratmente!!!

Dear Gery, First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to review our establishment. However, I am sorry to read your words, which are very much at odds with the reality of our restaurant, which is run by young and passionate people who love their work. To be honest, I have never received any complaints about their hospitality and kindness towards our customers. Unfortunately, sometimes there are customers who are not interested in having a pleasant evening and confuse us with servants. As in your case, they have unacceptable demands and attitudes. I will not list your behavior because it seems superfluous to me, and even though we always listen and take great care to ask our guests for their comments in order to improve, I hope that rude and ill-mannered customers like you will become fewer and fewer and if this review can serve to drive you away... so be it! PS: You didn't even eat 'cause we didn't have Aperol Spritz, so you got up and left in a huff.I wonder how you can judge food.
