10/10 – Honest Food, Zero Bullsh*t No frills, no filters—just real Piemontese cooking done right. The agnolotti are handmade and addictive. Veal so tender it apologizes as you cut it. Service is straight to the point—like they’ve been feeding locals for decades (because they have). Wine is local, cheap, and excellent. Come hungry. Come respectful. And for the love of God, don’t ask for ketchup.
