Excellent food of great quality , large portions, great scenery over the town and warm welcoming by the staff that was very helpful in explaining the different dishes as electronic menu is only in Italian.

Plunge yourself into the top of the green hills of Turin, and you will find a solid red bricks spot in Ristorante La Vignassa. Acceptable plain home cooking with a poor but good local wines list and a myriads of midges will make your experience. The owner doesn't apply 25% discount and there are no reason to ask for. Four people, 15 Euro fixed menu/each, one bottle of normal barbera red wine, four bottles of water and four additional slices of a marvellous hand-made salami was paid 144 Euro: too, far too expensive! I will never be there again.
