10/10Enjoyable dinner at Osteria San Biagio. We kicked off with the beef tartare in hazelnut sauce, followed by off-menu tender coratella and tagliolini al tartufo bianchetto (each bite bursting with flavor). My main course was a succulent beef flank in green peppercorn sauce, perfectly cooked. We sipped sparkling water and a glass of excellent local white, expertly recommended by the sommelier. To finish, we shared a creamy Basque cheesecake and a decadent chocolate éclair with strawberries, both divine. The dining room’s elegant, thoughtfully curated décor created an intimate atmosphere, and the service was flawless, warm, knowledgeable, and attentive.
