Wonderful taste combinations. The tartare with saffron was superb and the beef was outstanding in how he combines the taste and flavors. We also tried the local wine Tricche which was perfect to the beef. And the owner was great with enthuiastic service and information about the dishes served. Do not miss this place while you are in San Miniato!
