It was noticeable that the waiters were having a tough day, but it was also visible that they were trying their best to keep all customers happy and bring the food/drinks asap. The food was delicious!

I booked online for a group of 7 people indoors. It was confirmed. However, when we arrived we had been placed on the terrace as insurers was full. The explanations was that due to other bookings made on the phone, the availability provided/shown in the app was not up to date/real. I wasn't called as my telephone number is a foreign one. We chose to leave and eat elsewhere (it was rainy and too cold to eat outdoors (there was a terrace tent and heaters, but still).

Oxid La Tertulia Was just what we were looking for in Barcelona. Great ambiance and neighborhood feel. All the staff was welcoming and warm. As travelers, we always like to see local people at the restaurant, and this didn’t disappoint. The menu was a great mix of traditional dishes that offered everyone something to eat or share.

Awful ratio price vs quality of food. We weren't expecting much but we were still disappointed. The quality of food was below average, but the prices clearly weren't.. You cannot expect frozen food and badly cooked steak for 35€... The service was also pretty bad,. The only bonus was the atmosphere on the terrace which was pleasant, for the rest I woud definitely not recommand.

I have been going to La Tertulia since 2014 when it was run by Xativa,ever since they changed administration the food has not been the same .Even the decor changed. When we arrived our server Luis told us the kitchen was closed till 8 pm ( we got there at 7:38) but as soon as we placed the order for appetizers food came ..in less than 15 min ..so it was reheated if kitchen was closed ..Not impressed with eggplant ,eggs and foie . The ribs were tender,but kind of bland. Portion was very good . The tiramisu was ok . Luis our server was superb ,friendly and attentive .
