The food is disappointing—pretentious and lacking substance. There is an excess of foam and unnecessary embellishment, but very little depth. The restaurant follows a dull, uninspired path, serving dishes that resemble canapés rather than a dinner, even for an 8 course menu (2 desert), with plenty of presentation and very little satisfaction. The plates may photograph well, but they fail as a dining experience. We left both disappointed and hungry. The dessert is equally uninspired. Despite ordering a fixed-price tasting menu, we were charged separately for a very small cheese selection served before dessert. In the context of a set menu, this additional charge—especially without prior notice—felt inappropriate. Overall, the pricing is completely misaligned with the quality and substance of the food served.

We visited the restaurant as a couple, and from the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding. The restaurant is beautiful and super classic, with meticulous attention to every detail. The service was excellent—professional, warm, and attentive throughout the entire evening. The food was phenomenal. My wife is vegetarian, and the team made all the necessary adjustments without hesitation, which made the experience even more special. The chef is truly an artist. Every dish was delicious, refined, and creative, with a clear concept and thought behind every element. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional—clearly top level. This was without a doubt one of the best culinary experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back.

Wow. What a restaurant! My mother and I ate here in May and it was hands down the best meal we ate in Madrid. Very intimate dining room where there is a clear view into the kitchen and the massive wine cellar. Room for about 30 people total the tables are spaced very nicely apart so you don’t feel as if your on top of others. The service was impecable. The maitre de comes out in the beginning and give you option of small tasting menu, large, or a la carte. If you select tasting they advise to be surprised and let the chef guide you. We did the large tasting menu and it was incredible. Fresh ingredients that are different every day. This restaurant is well worth going out of the way to eat here.

One of the rare restaurants in Madrid which highlights vegetables and seasonality. Terrific produce and skill are evident along with a passion for only using produce at its best on the day. Remarkable.
