This was my and my Girlfriends first fine dining experience, it was incredible. We had the very first reservation and showed up when they opened and dined alone for almost an hour, during that time the serves both served us and made us feel comfortable, carefully explain what each bite/dish was but also leaving some curiosity, I will say the fish soup dumpling like things was the greatest bite of food in my entire life. Absolutely would go back if given the chance we loved it.

It's an amazing restaurant that serves creative and exceptional dishes made with the best local produce. The service exceeded our expectations and was beyond perfect. It suits for both a romantic night out or a family spacial occasion. For a Michelin star restaurant it offers a very affordable tasting manus. We took the medium menu of 8 courses and it was innovative, tasty and joyful.

We had the vegetarian tasting menu with 6 courses and it was excellent. The tastes were eclectic, original and surprising, a real culinary voyage. I admire the imagination and the beauty of all the dishes, it isn't obvious to give this level of quality dishes on a vegetarian menu but Paca did it very well and at times even better than 2 or even 3 stars Michelin restaurants I had the pleasure to try in the past.

This was the best Michelin Star we have been too. The staff were very attentive and the food was creative and tasted amazing. I would recommend this to anyone travelling to Florence or Prato

Very nice restaurant, the food is amazing! It was cozy and romantic. The staff was very friendly and their english was very good! We had the 12 courses menu, it was mind blowing! So many wonderfull and delishes courses. The pairing wine was very good. Some of the courses where made on the table, wich was a real show to watch. We had an amazing time, definetly worth the money! We loved it, and would strongly recommand it!

It is a great restaurant with a very good staff and service. The food proposal was a hit and miss, we found many dishes that were great and others that lacked some flavor. The risotto was not fully cooked and there was a plate with a variety of grains in which some of them were hard, maybe this was intended to be like this, but overall it didn't turned great to chew. I think the place has a lot of potential. But it important that beyond the presentation and fanfare, the flavor has to be there, in this case, for me it wasn't.

Really impressed with the experience. Service was perfect. Every thing was explained. And everything was delicious. Full of flavor. I would recommend the tapas accompanied by the wine selection. I enjoyed the wines almost as much as the meal. Extraordinary wines from all over. Each very individual.

A little gem near Prato city centre. We had the 12 courses menu(€85 without drinks), wine pairing is 45€ on top of the menu price. I have to say it was delicious from the starters to the deserts. Every dish is well presented and the staff has a great knowledge of the ingredients. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a michelin star in the near future! 100% recommend especially if you want to treat yourself and your loved ones.
