The small family-run osteria is simply wonderful. We were there by chance three years ago and really wanted to go back. The food is fantastic (the pulpo, the spaghetti with seafood and the pasta with the donkey ragout). The place is beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle, the ambience is great and everyone is very child-friendly. We will be back!

The food was not good and it’s hard to find bad food in Mantua. We ordered ravioli and bigoli and they were anonymous, not tasty and pasta was not thin as should be. We made a reservation but we sat only 1h later. The inside was okish, nothing special but the worst part was the smell that didn’t leave you so you have to wash clothes after.

This restaurant is well apportioned, comfortable and pleasantly decorated in earth and Laguna yellow. Service was attentive and friendly, an English menu is available. I had the pumpkin filled and sage and almond flavoured tortelli and it was lovely (and very sweet.

Very nice (and very warm) friendly atmosphere with excellent service and very good, honest food. I would recommend this restaurant for families and couples for a very good meal with high quality local products.

Great location, you sit like in a dream outside on the piazza. Service was friendly. We had Bruschetta mediterrean as a starter which was okay but not great. Afterwards we chose Tortelli Zuccha and Orchiette with mussels and tomatoes. Both was again okay but we had several better options in the weeks before. Go here for the great location and enjoy good but not outstanding food.
