A welcoming place on a cold, wet, miserable evening. Pickwicks is a traditional pub with a small restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the “pub”image, the food is really good. We’d booked and were seated immediately. Service was quick and the guy that served our table was friendly & helpful. The drinks came quickly and were soon followed by 3 servings of delicious meatballs with creamy mash, creamy sauce and pickled cucumber & lingonberries to cut through the richness. The other order was for schnitzel & that was voted a hit too. The two desserts were also excellent & prices were as we expected. Will definitely return if the opportunity arises and definitely recommend.

The Cesar Salad was the worst Ive had. The chicken was not good and the salat was not crisp, plus it was a very tiny portion! We also had to pre order the food and it was still an hour to wait!!! And then we also had to ask for it before we got it! One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life.
