The food and ambiance was very good, but the overall service was not good. It took more than 1 hour to be served and the "metre" was not very accommodating. Besides, the 2 ladies at the "reception desk" at the restaurant venue where not polite either. It is unfortunate that a restaurant in such a nice and upscale hotel offers such a bad experience.

We had a 9:00 PM reservation, but upon arrival, we had to wait due to no available table. This was just the beginning of a frustrating evening. We waited over 30 minutes between each course, with no offer for additional drinks during these delays. The food was fine, but the long gaps, especially between the amuse-bouche and appetizer, were unacceptable for cold dishes. The waitress was clearly overwhelmed, handling orders, serving, clearing tables, and processing payments all alone. While she did her best, it was evident that the restaurant was poorly staffed. Charging such high prices for this disorganized service is unacceptable. I will not return to Campfire Restaurant and will advise others to avoid it.

The service was chaotoc. Very small desert with a massive spoon. Sometimes the food came too fast or to slow. We had to wait long for a drink. Price quality was completely off.

Love the food. You get what you pay for. But it's too crowded. All tables have so little space you can't even go to your seat.

Overall god, service were friendly and professionally good wine list and drinks, about the food where a little bit more to wish… and //PLEASE!!! As soon every order where ready to serve the chef were hitting the bell hard at least 3-4 times or more, that is not professional! We were seated on the high tables in the other side from the kitchen but we heard it every time it was annoying. I myself is a chef and I have an own restaurant been in the industry for over 30years! How the chef where using the bell was a joke!// Next time we staying at Downtown Town Camper we are gladly having a meek at the restaurant again It’s a good alacarte restaurant thanx all staff for being professional!
