Greeted politely at the door by a friendly waitress. Thats when the experience changed and not from her doing. Firstly we asked if they could close the front door rather than leave it open. This was agreed for around 5 mins. We ordered beers after being seated for 15mins. Took another 15mins until we highlighted our food order had not been taken. The two pizzas took 20mins to arrive after witnessing them sat waiting to be served from the kitchen for nearly 10mins. (room temperature pizza). Pizzas were bland. Diavolo (No Spice) and a al Fungi. We asked for the bill which took another 10mins to sort out due to some other calamity with either the payment system or general confusion,during which time we nearly ended up being served more food by accident. Feel for the waitresses. The waiter was rude when pointing out that the pizzas had just been sat going cold. Worst of all there felt an air of a Gordon Ramsey Kitchen Nightmare’s owner marching around giving unhelpful direction.
