First of all: what you see on pictures are REAL. The food tastes as good as how they look! We offered the octopus and the prawn risotto, so good! Octopus was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right, you can tell this octopus lived a good life before 🙂↕️ I’m impressed by the way they cooked the prawn- it’s fried but it goes very well with the lime risotto. The refreshing lime flavor in risotto just perfectly balances out the guilty you might gain from eating something deep fried 🥹 The price is on the slightly expensive side in Lisbon, but if you want to have some fancy, nicer dates with your besties/loved ones, this won’t disappoint! Lastly, the staffs are all very friendly and attentive. Before checking out, they printed the receipts and checked with us to make sure we got all the Fork discounts applied. Very nice experience!

Blue Bistrot is lovely. The food brings a progressive culinary take on dishes that carry european staple ingredients and, coming from a traditionalist, i can assure that Blue blended it just right, tastefully (no pun intended). The fact that one of our picked dishes had a different kind of rice from the one written on the menu would’ve been a dealbreaker anywhere else. However, the waiter showed true professionalism and, apart from an expected question whether we wanted to send it back (to which I said wasn’t necessary as the food was awesome), they made sure both the dish AND the drinks were on the house. Assuming, from the measures taken, that this mistake is a rare occurrence on such a well organised establishment, there’s nothing bad i could possibly mention about the restaurant.

It's a beautiful restaurant! Loved the blue interior. We ordered the codfish and it was delicious! You get such great quality food for that price, amazing! The only critique I can give was the musician whose music was too loud to enjoy our dinner properly. Definetely recommend!!

9/10We dined in the garden on a lovely summer’s evening. My guests did not seem to love their steak and bacalhau quite as much as I enjoyed my octopus which was delicious! I will return one day soon!
