We had an absolutely fabulous dinner at Prestige! Gobbi, alocal pasta dish, stuffed with rabbit, rooster, and veal and swimming in butter - and served in a carved out rolling pin! — was sensational, as was my husband’s uova in camicia, a soft-boiled eff in lentils. Our secondi, gasso e tagliata and capicola steak, could not have been better prepared. A Barbera d’Asti rounded out the meal, which was topped by quadro of local cheeses. Server Ugo and manager Piero kept us well informed and thoroughly delighted. Prestige gave us the best meal of our stay in Piemonte! Molto ben fatto, Prestige! Reissue Rossastro
