10/10+5Visited Madrid last weekend and decided to celebrate my partner’s birthday at Quimbaya restaurant and I was not disappointed. The service and the atmosphere were very nice, the open kitchen and the chefs preparing beautifully presented dishes in front of our eyes is an extra experience what I love at restaurants . The dishes tasted more or less good to us, but I would rate the whole thing very highly, we also got an additional birthday dessert for my partner straight from the chef, which was a very nice surprise. The service was very nice and kept making conversation with us. I highly recommend it. If we ever come back to Madrid, we will definitely visit the restaurant again

10/10Great journey into the traditional regional cuisine of Colombia. As an expatriate each dish brought back memories from my infancy. Great dedication to detail and amazing flavours. Great presentation. Came with a couple of American friends that had never tasted Colombian cuisine and very much loved it. Kudos to the staff and Chef.

10/10+1One star is not enough! The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. The staff could not have been nicer. The menu was not only delicious but immaculately thought-out. Amazing for a romantic occasion or with friends. We can't wait to go back.

10/10This has been the best experience i've ever had in a one starred Michelin restaurant. The creations from the chef come from his heart and from his experiences living in Colombia. 10/10An exquisite and intimate experience. The staff were wonderfully attentive and the dishes were phenomenal. We really felt that we were being taken on a trip around Columbia. The drinks pairing was fantastic with some real surprises, not just the usual wines, and really added to the experience. Being able to see the kitchen and the chefs as your food is prepared makes the dinner more special. An altogether brilliant evening.

10/10Extremely friendly reception & a wonderful new experience for anyone who wants to experience new/reinvented Columbian dishes and flavours. Sometimes the flavours are very strong, so you should prepare yourself for that experience! The wine pairings were good, and some of the Columbian-inspired drinks were a nice discovery. You should come here for an immersive Columbian experience, not to savour some expensive wines if that is what you are looking for - then just go to a wine bar ;) Many thanks to the chef for satisfying our curiosity and revealing a few secrets behind their dishes!

The food was of very high quality - the dishes were superb, and the menu was very well-built. 7.5/10+8I,ve been to quite many Michelin star restaurants ⭐️, but this one quite didn’t feel that it fits the reward, we arrived at 9:30 pm, and finished our last bite at 1:00 am, as it was very slow, choice of wine pairings was quite average, the quality of some of the dishes was adequate. Price wise was reasonable. Hope they improve a bit next time
