We were planning a trip to Gruyères Castle (known in French as Château de Gruyères) and stumbled upon this restaurant nearby on The Fork. The photos caught our attention immediately, so we quickly made a reservation and headed over. The place is very pleasant, and the waiter was incredibly attentive and kind to us. The food was divine, a true explosion of flavours. I had the salmon (as shown in the attached photo), and the fish was so tender and so well-seasoned, with a finishing touch of lemon that just thinking about it makes my mouth water. The wine was excellent; I chose a Pinot Noir, and my friends opted for white wines. We were so happy with the meal that we decided to try the desserts. And we were NOT disappointed—they were DIVINE! I give it a 10 because I cannot give a higher score on the app, but I highly suggest that anyone passing through that area try this Georgian food restaurant. The work is incredible! On my next holiday trip, I will definitely return. Thank you to all ❤️

Very happy to see a place where the excellent Georgian cuisine and wine are center stage. If you don’t feel like adventuring into new discoveries, they also offer the usual steakhouse bestsellers.
