10/10We loved this place. The historic setting is brilliant and the decor adds very much to the ambience. We had the Swedish meatballs (with mashed potato, sauce, lingonberries, and pickles) and the Elk minced beef burgers (with mashed potato, gravy, lingonberries and pickles). They were so tasty and great value. The service was friendly, professional and excellent.

10/10The food was amazing and the place was really nice, it felt cozy and traditional, the meatballs I ordered were extremely good! Definitely worth going if you want high quality food ;)

8/10I loved the history of the location and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Service was relatively quick, and the mushroom soup was tasty and enough for a light meal on its own.

6.5/10The restaurant was well located (in the center of Gamla Stan) but the prices were quite high for the food quality and quantity. It was based on typical Swedish food. Me and my family took a hot smoked salmon with potatoes. The salmon was very tasty, but the potatoes didn't taste and seemed fresh. There was not a lot of food in the plate. It's just a shame because it looks like they kind of take advantage of the fact that Gamla Stan is a very touristic place, and that they know that a lot of people would eat there to discover this country's typical dishes. But the price for the quantity and the quality was quite high in my opinion.
