Cozy restaurant in Gamla stan. The interior is simple, but less noisy and with more distance between tables compared to other restaurants in the area. If you are interested in elk fillet or reindeer mentallions, look no further! Very tender, very tasty and reasonably priced for the quality.

This small, historic (18th century!) restaurant in the old town was just perfect. Cosy, relaxed and non-pretentious, with jazz piano playing the mood was lovely. Locals and tourists eating. The maitre d was charming and very helpful. And the food?.. Just Wow!!! We had the signature reindeer and elk steak dishes which were well worth the cost. The house wine was just fine. We would definitely eat here again - highly recommended!

We took a picture of our dishes at C&C because the presentation was as beautiful as the food was delicious. We never had moose or reindeer before. They were both so tender and flavorful, There were many accompaniments alongside. I especially enjoyed the chanterelle mushrooms. The service was excellent. We sat at an outside table and the waiter brought me cushions for my comfort. It was a very special dinner.

Service was very poor. All of our party had empty water cup and nobody refilled the water. The lady brought us to the table and never showed up again. We tried multiple times to ask them for more water and didn’t get their attention.
