The moment we walked in, we felt we’d walked into la belle epoque. A charming sauna entrance to the right, a grand staircase to the elegant dining salon overlooking Lac Leman/Geneva. The aroma of chef Laurent’s cooking confirmed we picked the right dinner spot! The Fixed P menu included creamy cauliflower soup (the absolute best we ever had despite eating at Michelin star restaurants). My garden salad was so fresh & crisp as tho’ the lettuce, tomatoes were just picked from the garden that day! Chicken supreme perfectly cooked & spiced. Portion size could’ve been a bit larger to start (as with most French servings). Our superb waiter Remy was nice enough to ask if we wanted more but we declined since my hubby had to help me finish my sumptuous main of Duck à l’Orange. Spaëtzle & petit pois with bacon could’ve been a little hotter. Dessert:poached pear with creamy chocolate sauce & whipped cream. Book thru The Fork & get 20% off food on NON-FixedP Menu.
