5/10Way too expensive, the food is below average, the presentation of the dishes does not cover the quality. The wine prices are 5x from the normal wine shop prices.

5.5/10Not what I would expect for a one-starred restaurant. The dishes were middling and relied heavily emulsions that muddled the flavors. Service was very slow and innatentive. Very disappointed consider how expensive the restaurant was as well.

9/10We enjoyed our experience at the Dispensa restaurant very much. The waiters were so kind and helpful, the atmosphere was calm and bright, the food was excellent (pasta undercooked and sauces a little too salty tonour taste though)

10/10Delicious dinner with original combination of ingredients. Very nice welcome and service during all the dinner, with the possibility to talk with the chef and congratulate him.
