The service was great - our waitress was very attentive and although she spoke little English, made sure to understand what we were requesting. The food was good - my veal with foie gras was excellent. My wife had the other veal dish which was a bit well done around the edges but very tasty. The ambience is unfortunate. It is located in a hotel and it feels more like a coffee shop than a nice restaurant - white Formica tabletops, a lot of young families with very young children - and this was at 10pm. We were seated between two such families so it was difficult for it to feel like a fine dining experience.

We (party of ten) had a fantastic evening meal. The staff were very friendly, with excellent food and wine. Would highly recommend for a more classy meal and ambience.

We enjoyed our meal. Their seafood was great. It tasted good and they were good portion sizes. Service was great initially, but once they got busy it was much harder to get their attention - our server was lovely though, and did apologise for forgetting us. Not particularly expensive either - especially with Fork's 50% off food deal that we stumbled onto. It's in a great spot - in a street full of restaurants. Worth the visit!

Far exceed expectations. Great service , food very well presented and cooked to perfection. All the staff were smiling and engaging. We would definitely go back to this restaurant.

The Fado show was a draw, but the main draw was 50% off food until end of March if reservation made in advance on line. A warm welcome awaited us with staff speaking very good English. A good variety of dishes to choose from on the menu. All food was cooked and presented well. The only negative was that we weren't even asked if we wanted desert as staff we preparing the restaurant for breakfast service the following morning.

It’s a hotel restaurant and we were there long ago. They r very good to remind us again the bad service that we have almost forgotten. As a hotel, it’s surprising they can keep waitress at this attitude. Difficult to communicate no matter with Portuguese or English and misunderstanding even try to ask to confirm. Avoid the waitress if u can. Food including appetizers and main courses arrived at the table all at once? Even the very basic restaurant would not do that. Food is ok but really not good experience. Overall experience remind us to avoid it in the future. Will make a remark.

Ready in 45 minutes for 2 courses. Very disappointing. Dishes were cold and came too fast. What was supposed to be a top dinner at our last night in Lisboa turned out to be the worst.

To start I had the scallops with a wonderful sweet potato purée. The scallops were cooked beautifully. For my main course I had the monkfish served with potato, carrots and asparagus. This was a great combination and the fish was delicious.

Good food but amateur service ... They were such in a rush to finish the earlier as possible that the last plates were coming before the table was dressed with a fork and knife, they didn't ask if we wanted to drink something before eating etc ... And of course the bill on the table before dessert ... And we had to ask for the cake on the menu , that we clearly saw they didn't give to the tables next to ours ... 90 mn to serve the five courses menu. Definitely not the service you can expect for Christmas Eve ...

Staff were 5 stars and very professional. We felt we were in a much more expensive restaurant. The quality of the food was so delicious and perfectly prepared. Waiters and servers were so nice and so old fashion polite which is what I want. Perfect food, perfect ambience and 5 star service
