We went for a special occasion and good not have been more happy and impressed with the outstanding service, food and atmosphere. The restaurant manager and his staff were amazing and made sure we had an excellent experience. Thank you very much for such an enjoyable evening.

Fabulous "Cocido Madrileño", the typical dish from the Spanish Capital. Absolutely recommendable! Just be careful to reserve in the correct restaurant, because there are two side by side in the same building, and only one of them serves this delicacy! Menu with beer and wine, desert and coffee included. Enjoy! ????

For more than a decade we have enjoyed Chinchon Parador for accommodation but dined always in the Plaza Mayor. Now however we will certainly always be dining here. Excellent menu choice, we so enjoyed the beautifully balanced cecina/cheese/dried fruits salad, and then had a better than Segovia suckling pig and sea bass fillet with crisped chick peas. All very creative and carefully cooked but further enhanced by several excellent local wines starting at a few euros a glass!
