The food was good, although the potato cake that came with my lamb shank was cold. The service was "correct", but not really welcoming, but I guess I should have expected that from a hotel chain. I had to point out that I had been charged twice for water and the error was corrected. I visited the toilet before leaving and discovered there was NO toilet paper to be found anywhere, indicating that the toilets are not checked regularly!

Food was exceptional and service was outstanding. Michele waited on us throughout the night, nothing was a problem, he spoke very good English which was helpful. Lovely evening, beautiful food, amazing staff. Couldn’t fault this place.
