The food was good, although the potato cake that came with my lamb shank was cold. The service was "correct", but not really welcoming, but I guess I should have expected that from a hotel chain. I had to point out that I had been charged twice for water and the error was corrected. I visited the toilet before leaving and discovered there was NO toilet paper to be found anywhere, indicating that the toilets are not checked regularly!
