We had a fantastic dinner at “Il Custode”, choosing the tasting menu paired with four wines (sparkling, white, red, and dessert). Each dish was carefully crafted, showcasing high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. The wine selection perfectly complemented the meal, enhancing the experience. Elegant atmosphere, excellent service: highly recommended!

A beautiful setting and lovely restaurant. The food was different to the Umbrian norm and was excellent. Compliments to the chef. Raffeale was very attentive. The service overall was perfect. We shall definitely go back.
