The food was good but so little of it, especially for the price. I understand nouvelle cuisine but this was one small stick of celery too far! 6 in total in the restaurant on a Saturday evening must tell the restaurant something. I have dined here twice before and it has changed, but not for the better.

Lovely restaurant in a beautiful and spotlessly clean little Umbrian hill town. There are tables outside under an arcade, so cool on the hot evening. Outstanding for Slow Food aficionados: everything is local and cooked with great care and attention to detail. Two different menus: Umbrian traditional and gourmet. Good wine list featuring excellent local makers. We've been here several times before and they just keep getting better and better. Kind and attentive service.
