Unbelievably friendly staff, very welcoming from the moment we arrived until we left. The outside seating is in a lovely courtyard, and the food was quite delicious as well. I can't say a bad word about our meal.

Service was decent, I thought it was weird they played Spanish music all night in an Italian restaurant but whatever. Food arrived hot and in a reasonable amount time but was way way over salted, coming from someone that loves salt.

A complete tourist trap. This is not how Italian food should taste. The staff was fooling around, and except for one guy, they were very unpassionate about their job. I would definitely not recommend this place, even if they offered a 50% discount. It's not worth it unless you like big portions that taste bad.

staff are very professional and polite, always attentive. food was what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant in the old town. not gonna join the claim of whether or not its the best pizza but I can confidently say that the food was delicious. I sat outside which is obviously a great view. tables are very close to each other though which makes it very easy to hear what neighboring tables are saying, not the best if you have really loud neighbors. all in all it was a pleasant experience and id definitely drop by if I visit Venice again.

we ordered truffle pasta. But, it was just a cream pasta. we couldn’t taste and smell truffle. so, we kept asking that it was “truffle pasta” and they said they cooked with Truffle salt that’s why they called Truffle pasta. if you enjoy the real savorous truffle pasta, DO NOT ORDER TRUFFLE PASTA. It was just cream pasta.

the restaurant was referred to "the best pizza in town". I'd say way below average, tasteless, just had a mozarella torn on top of a baked margharita. The pizza dough was good, though.

I booked a table for two on The Fork app, which was really easy to use. When we arrived at the restaurant it was busy and had a nice atmosphere, there were lots of happy looking diners there. We were seated just off the main dining area and there were a few empty tables but not for long. I am so glad we booked because even though we were there for 7pm if we'd not booked I don't think we would have got in, this restaurant seems really popular. All the waiters that we had contact with were very pleasant and friendly but professional at the same time. The waiter who took our order spoke good English and when I asked if I could have a pasta dish with only vegetables and no cheese, he happily obliged. My husband had pizza which he said was very nice. We were really happy with the food, the service and the ambience at Due Colonne. We would definitely recommend it and if we return to Venice will definitely return to this restaurant. The weather was poor whilst we were there but I can imagine in the warmer evenings it would have been just as lovely sat out in the square where the restaurant had lots of tables set up, it looked lovely, if only the weather had been kinder.
