Glam is not just a Michelin starred restaurant with all the expected- amazing food delicacies, attentive service, gorgeous table wear, and sumptuous wines. Glam creates an atmosphere, an experience, that is unforgettable. The food is unique and presented in the most creative ways possible, but the passion that emerges from the staff who love their region of Italy and the food it produces, and who are so proud of their restaurant is dazzling. It raises the spirit!! I could not recommend this highly enough for a memorable life experience, not just a good meal.

Without question one of the best Michelin star restaurants I’ve ever visited. The service. The food. The attention to detail. All were first class. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants across continents, I can confidently say that Glam stands among the very best. Set in the serene gardens of Palazzo Venart, it offers a tranquil, elegant escape in the heart of Venice. The service was flawless, led by maître d’ Ottavio, whose professionalism and warmth elevated the evening. When I mentioned my love for Burgundy wines, he ensured the pairings beautifully reflected that preference—an exceptional touch of thoughtfulness. Under Resident Chef Donato Ascani, each course was refined and inspired, marrying creativity with Venetian tradition. The signature cuttlefish dish was unforgettable—a masterpiece of flavor and texture that captured the soul of the lagoon. From the enchanting setting to the impeccable hospitality, every detail spoke of quiet perfection. Bravo to Chef Donato, Ottavio, and the entire team—Glam truly deserves its two Michelin stars and a place at the very top of my global dining list.

+16The place was quiet and only a few nice tables. The waiters were great. The food was great. We did the tasting menu and by the end we were completely full and crawling home. They brought out a surprise for my birthday dinner and we also got the cheese tasting which was very good. It’s very centered around fish dishes and is very tasty !

We had an outstanding meal with the Glam Classico tasting menu. Each course was beautifully presented with a number of whimsical approaches. The food was amazing and I appreciated the local wines the sommelier paired for me when I was ready for another glass. The palazzo is very beautiful and it was fun to take a water taxi back to our hotel afterwards. It was a magical evening.

Start to finish the experience was superb! Not only were all the service points met, but they were blended to seem quite natural and inclusive. The menu items were both delicious and so wonderfully presented. The courses flowed naturally and the wine pairing selection with each course doubled our enjoyment. We were not rushed, even allowed almost an hour upstairs for an aperitif and very creative appetizers. The intimate setting , delicious food, wonderful wine, and impeccable service made this a worthwhile visit.
