10/10Absolutely amazing. Service was amazing, the wine pairing honestly one of if not the most intelligent ones I’ve had (bravissimo Ottavio!) and the food was truly spectacular (Grazie Donato!)

10/10+1The food was fantastic! We chose the Glam Classics Tasting Menu and we’re so glad we did: intense flavours, stunning presentation and such a friendly and helpful team backing up Chef Donato Ascani. All this made the evening so memorable!

10/10Been to a lot of Michelin star restaurants and this was perhaps the finest. On a cold dreary day, it brought quite a bit of joy to my wife and me. We could not have been happier with the food, wine or service. A very enjoyable experience.

10/10I’ve never had better service in my life. Each server explained each dish beautifully and we’re attentive to every need. The food was amazing and the experience itself. I’m not one to usually eat at a Michelin star restaurant so the dedication was mind blowing to me. My only negative was that I started my vacation with this restaurant and nothing will live up to it. The wait staff and chef deserve all the credit for what they present. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who can afford.

7/10Menu was confusing due to multiple introductory dishes before presenting the choice of tasting menu, leading to a lot of apprehension for the first 45 minutes of the meal for me. The menu was excessively fish heavy and avant guard, I didn't care for the pigeon or whole small fish in dipping sauces. I didn't care for most of the courses. That said. the restaurant itself is stunning, and the setting in Venice is awesome, and the service is great. I'm sure it's a perfect place for someone who's personal taste aligns with the chef -- though it departs from most michelin star traditional tasting menus I've had.

10/10Glam Di Enrico dazzles with its delightful surprises, excellent service, and perfectly cozy ambiance. The drinks are a highlight with a very knowledgeable and pleasant sommelier, foods are introducing unique (local) flavor combinations that excite the palate. This Venice gem has the potential to earn a 3-star rating if they continue this trajectory, suggesting a timely visit for those interested before prices surge. An exceptional dining experience that's well worth the trip. If we come back to Venice we will be back.

10/10Excellent dinner experience. Beautiful small dining room, excellent service and outstanding food. Highly recommended. We had the Glam Classics menu, and enjoyed every bit of it. Perhaps there was a bit too much food. The canapés/snacks are plentiful and rather filling. Glam deserves the two Michelin stars
