Da Politano was on the way from Garda to Nice in my European delivery Porsche adventure and didn’t disappoint. Spectacular broccoli starter and incredible ravioli main. Delicious local barbera!

What a special little gem. Cuneo has such a unique food culture due to its proximity to France, and it's on full display here. This is a family owned restaurant that has absolutely earned its spot int he Michelin guide. The snails were excellent, as was the wine list, but the real star was the celery root with black garlic and miso sauce. One of the best dishes I've ever had.
