7/10The reviews were outstanding for this restaurant. Unfortunately the food was very subpar. We were in Italy for 18 days. By far this was the worst meal we had. Atmosphere was wonderful S well as service. We had fish dish that was absolutely tasteless.

8/10If you like 50"s ambiance then this is the restaurant that will appeal to you no matter what. The service and food are quite adequate; service being better than food. Romani has a charm that few other restaurants in Milan have. While it might not be the best it certainly will give you the nostalgia, real or feigned, that you may want to experience. Go here for the past that you or may or have might not have experienced. Either one is a good reason to go here.

10/10The restaurant was a great find 2 minutes from our hotel and our group who had just arrived from all over the uk thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Will definitely come here again

7/10The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shrimp appetizer and the tiramisu were delicious. Unfortunately the interior decor was very dated and there were very few patrons for a Friday night.

9.5/10A regular favourite by now. Quiet atmosphere, appropriate for business meals, good quality food (particularly fish) of reliable quality and very fair pricing for Milan, especially with the Fork's discount. Good size portions, excellent service. Recommended.
