We had the Risotto Milanese both of us and it was excellent! The restaurant was elegant but friendly and cosy. We were well treated in every way and we were comfortable that we could speak English. A very nice restaurant worth visiting!

In the midst of an extremely tourist focused environment, Al Cantinone manages to maintain an extraordinary traditional italian restaurant where you can find regional food and meet locals added to an excelent ambience and service.

Excellent food , like your momma would make in your own kitchen .. best osso bucco I have ever had .. The zucchini Flowers were exceptional as well 👍

Pretty empty, nice enough food but nothing to write home about. Nice waiters.

Loved the filet mignon, big portions. Very good wine list. Super service. Nice ambiance with white linen tablecloths. Unfortunately the is so bucco veal shanks were dry and risotto was tasteless.

We absolutely loved the food and the service here! The meal was memorable - especially our three different varieties of risotto! Delicious and unusual and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and thoughtful. We had a wonderful experience and we will be back the next time we’re in Milan!

I’ve come here twice just for the Veal and the Risotto. Excellent.

Avarage level restaurant. Pasta was not good. Salad as well…

Our waiter was incredible and she made the evening enjoyable. However, I was promised a 5 star risotto in Milan and it definitely wasn’t. I algo saw some folks complaining about the risotto. Not worth the penny $$. You can find cheaper options around.

The food has always been amazing over the past 4 years. The service is lovely. I can't think of going to Milan and not having dinner there

The service was very very poor. The toilet was super dirty and the food was average. I don’t recommend it

A last minute reservation and complete suprised by the quality of the food! Amazing, we will come back!

The veal chop cutlet was cooked exactly as I requested it. The service was very good.

I think a restaurant service charge is ridiculous despite a low amount - the principle of the charge is bad. Veal was dry as were the potatoes. Appetizer bruschetta was very good and the tiramisu was delicious. Very close to our air bnb but I would not recommend it to any one.

Everything is generically ok, nothing is particularly outstanding.
