I enjoy sea bass butterflied and char grilled and this restaurant did an excellent job! Oysters as an appetizer were delicious as well. The view can’t be beat and the service was amazing.

Slow and inattentive service. Mediocre food. Shrimp had the texture of being frozen. Pricing for shellfish per piece, was ridiculously overpriced. Maybe the server did not know how the pricing worked.

Inside restaurant is like a canteen - soulless and no atmosphere. Starter of Algarve prawns very bland. A cocktail dip or mayonnaise would have helped. Cataplana ok but white fish very boney. Maybe better lunchtime or in the summer

Dear Bárbara, During your visit our team checked on your table several times, and had anything been mentioned at the time we would have happily assisted. We also noted that the dishes were fully enjoyed. Our Algarve prawns (gamba da costa) are traditionally served simply with sea salt to highlight their natural sweetness, though mayonnaise would gladly have been provided if requested. The fish cataplana, as stated on the menu, is prepared with a selection of fresh whole fish rather than fillets, so the presence of some bones is natural. Please also note that during the winter low season evenings in the Algarve are naturally quieter, and our restaurant is traditionally busier at lunchtime. For these reasons, we feel the review may not fully reflect the experience and service provided. Thank you for your feedback.

Lovely food especially the fish soup which was very tasty and the sole, filleted very well at your table. Veg was very nice too. Will return again for sure, highly recommended

It was my birthday, so booked for table of 4, I had Turbot with my friend Ian, fabulous, our lovely waitress presented me with a desert complete with a candle, and the staff gathered round to sing "Happy Birthday," MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THIS, WELL DONE.

We had a salmon salad which my son enjoyed and we got the sea bream which was beautifully cooked and the fish soup was absolutely delicious a definite must try. We had a table by the window and it was lovely looking out to the sea and beach and watching the sun set. Beautiful seating, delicious food and brilliant service.
