10/10First time there for me. Very pleased with the buffet, which had more variety than some other competitors in Lisbon. The meat was of quality, same for the service, so it all contributed in making it a great experience! Recommend it.

6.5/10Food was okay but certainly not high quality meat. Most of it was well done so dry. The buffet was great nice variety. The restaurant is inside a shopping mall.

10/10Highly recommended. Excellent quality meats - nicely seasoned and tender. Fast, attentive service. We ate here for an early lunch midweek, arriving at 12pm when the restaurant opened. Ordered the traditional rodizio. Since we were one of the few diners who had ordered rodizio at that time of day, the meats were fresh, hot, and arrived at a great pace. When we went, there were at least 10-12 different rodizio meats. Would definitely return.

8/10Lots of meat, but of the promised 16 different cuts of meat we got to eat maybe 7. The meat was salted plentiful, Whether any of the meat was actually South-American, well, not sure. Service was friendly though and like I said, there was no shortage of meat.

3.5/10Wouldn't recommend. The food quality was way below average. Been to several other Brazilian steak restaurants that are much better. Wouldn't go there again.

3/10We took the Picanha menu, what a disappointment! Poor quality and poorly cooked meats. The buffet, everything was cold, the food had no taste. And the restaurant is in a shopping mall, looks more like a fast food than a restaurant, only positive point, the waiters very friendly.

6/10Sabor Gaucho was a decent enough place, but it really didn't have much of an ambience to it. It is located at the back of a mall through a food court. The food variety was good although the waiters didn't know which meats were picanha and which were other steaks. They just told us everything is picanha. The meat quality was average - there was a lot of fat on most of them. Service, though, was good - the wait staff was quite attentive. I'm not sure the price was worth it, but I would give Sabor Gaucho a sold 3 out of 5 stars.

10/10Delicious food! Great salad selection from the buffet and the meat was fantastic. They offered very generous amounts and came round often. The service too was fantastic. All the servers were so friendly and I couldn't recommend the restaurant enough.
