9/10Wait staff was great. Pablo, our main waiter was very attentive and accommodating. He's a big Houston Rocket fan. Big plus for a young Portuguesan.

8/10I was disappointed at the lack of atmosphere. Everything was modern, stark white with a clinical feel. There was no background music at all and the lighting was too bright.

Saldanha Mar is a restaurant space with character, plenty of natural light and a modern décor where you will be able to taste the best of Portuguese and Mediterranean gastronomy. At lunchtime the menu features fresh fish, captured in the open seas, charcoal-grilled and sided by fresh produce, daily selected with care at the 31 de Janeiro Market, close to the hotel.
