Booked a table at 19:00, which was early, but which was accepted. Table allocated but then had to wait 30 minutes for service as staff were having dinner. Food was excellent and well presented! Wine ordered was out of stock, but waiter proposed an excellent replacement at same price. However, this was not reflected in the final price!

Originally booked for 8pm, but were in the area earlier than expected so we amended the booking on The Fork to 7pm. Arrived at the restaurant to be told they don’t take food orders until 7.30pm. This was a little frustrating as The Fork should not have allowed us to change the booking in that case. However, that was the only blip. The food, drinks, restaurant and views were all superb. Lovely Fish and chips / crisps. Would highly recommend.

The food was awful- the worst we had in 2 weeks in Italy. The tuna was really overcooked, the steak chewy, and I had their signature fish pie - again dreadfully overcooked and really not nice. The staff were lovely but the service was so slow. So disappointed after reading some of the reviews.

We had the "menu degustazione" which contained seven dishes and three different types of wines. The dishes were all very tasty and special. The presentation of the food was very creative and inviting. We had a great lunch and can strongly recommend this restaurant.

Lovely atmosphere, we had a table on the terrace which overlooks the sea. Relaxed environment, friendly staff. All the food we had was yummy! We shared a pizza as an aperitivo with two glasses of local wine from Etna. Then had 3 starters and that was enough to call it dinner. Starters were delicious! Pizza was also tasty. Left when it started ti get busy at around 930pm. Until then it was chilled and quiet.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed with the quality or the selection from the menu. It's also a great place to hang out with friends to have a drink and eat a meal or a pizza. I have recommended Talia to several of my closest friends who come from Germany or Switzerland and they have totally enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

The excellent food, the kindness and helpfulness of the waiting tables guys, the right price. Three reasons for fully appreciate Talìa. If you're ever in Santa Teresa, you can't not go to this very nice place. I really advice it! Domenico

A quiet oasis of comfort in a town far below it’s level. We started our dinner with a Sicilian take on Sashimi. All the ingredients were very fresh and the anchovies with what I assume was a millimeter thin slice of fried bread were divine. For mains we had a Pizza Bianco and a daily mix of fried seafood. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. I personally did not enjoy the flavor of the oil or spices they put in the fried seafood, as it was very different from what I am used to from other places, but the quality of the work cannot be denied. The pizza was very different from regular offers, and if you enjoy the smell and flavor of a very sharp cheese it is a must try. If our hotel was closer I would definitely come back and try more things.
