9.5/10We have been received by the really friendly owner and it's staff that guided us through the menu to chose the dishes and moreover the red wine accompanying the best our dinner. Concluding with homemade dessert it has been very good experience.

Thank you Brian for the visit and for the comment, which we will analyze to try to understand if anything was outside our standards, especially with regard to the flavors of the food, which have been praised so much on the different platforms where we are present. As for the friendliness of the manager when the matter was raised with me, we cannot be satisfied when a group reserves and occupies tables for 17 guests and only 10 show up and we were told that the rest were arriving, which did not happen. For this reason we had to refuse other reservations, leaving the places that your group booked free. We were condescending about the pre-booking price, which You asked me not to charge as there would be no shortage..... Here it is, our mistake!

10/10Service excellent and attentive. Food was delicious. One of our party was glucose intolerant and the serving staff were very respectful and helpful with choosing dishes. A great meal, would highly recommend.

7.5/10The owner (I assume he was the owner) was rather aggressive when we arrived, rushing over to find out if we had a reservation. We did, but it would have been nice to be greeted kindly. Two other parties that arrived after us were greeted warmly and their orders were taken before ours. If felt like he didn’t want us to be there.

Hello Elisabeth and Thank You for the visit and the comment. We are very dissapointed at ourselves for making You feel unwelcome. One of our strongest features, is to make our guests feel welcome, as almost at home, as posted in the several platforms we're present at. Sometimes with peaks of visitors coming in at the same time, we may find ourselves is a bit of rush to try to receive everybody, and in te proper manner. Truly sorry we were not able to receive You as we normally do. We'll talk about this among us, please be sure of that, and we'll improve our service. Thank You again for the opportunity to improve. 5/10Wine list by the glass too short and with low quality. Starter fried with used oil giving a bad taste. Price too high for the offered quality.

Dear José: first of all, we are sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. We will analyze what may not have been up to our standard. The wine should have been 140cl per serving, and the wine you chose, being an entry-level range, received awards for the best quality/price ratio in Europe and has been very well accepted. The cuttlefish you ordered has been highly appreciated and commented positively, but we will analyze what may not have been right when it comes to frying oil. We hope that in the next opportunity we can welcome you in accordance with the various experiences we have reported on the various platforms where we are present.
