Incredible food! Incredible service. But there was a loud fan making a screeching noise. They did offer to move us into another room but we would have had to move the food and drinks and it would have been a pain. Im sure they will have this fixed soon but it is why I gave ambiance a lower rating.

10/10Serviço excelente! Foram fora das normas para acomodar -nos. Excellent service! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The ambient was superb, we were celebrating a birthday . Very friendly staff making sure the dinner and evening is enjoyable. The manager did an amazing job for the surprise birthday cake. I highly recommend and will be back again.

I have been to Sabóia restaurant several times. I have been satisfied almost every time: the food, the atmosphere and the service etc. yesterday I went there again and ordered the sushi executive menu. To my surprise I wasn’t provided couvert. So I asked the waitress about it. She told me that another waiter took it away for I didn’t touch it. I had to ask for it. Then she brought it to me even without the butter. So I asked for it again. After several minutes she brought it to me finally. The waiters are very busy during lunch time which I can understand. It would be better if he was more attentive.

6.5/10Very disappointing. We waited 1 hour 20 minutes to get served our main course (lunch)!!, even for our drinks…seriously they need to get more help in the kitchen! Food was ‘ok’ when it finally arrived, but by 2.50pm it’s rather late to be eating…not blaming the waiting staff, it’s not their fault, although really they should have at least served our drinks sooner. The bill was a bit of a fiasco too. Not impressed, they need to improve a lot….
