10/10+3This restaurant is a gem. The whole experience was top notch. Such a wonderful surprise. It was definitely the finest dining we enjoyed during our two week trip to Tuscany.

9.5/10Great find in Capolona... A little off the beaten track, bur worth the visit. Excellent menu and friendly staff. Actually very classic taste themes newly interpreted - eveythibg was cooked to perfection, personally I loved the welcome, the goose egg pasta and chocolate and raspberry dessert. Sadly it wasnt full (which it deserves) - for a Friday, posssibly due to Ferragosto.

10/10What a hidden Tuscan germ, apparently just over 1 year open. Situated ‘under’ the bridge of Capolona (near Arezzo), it offers a stunning view in a very stylish setting, while the dishes look & taste stunning! Choose a menu ‘Terra’. ‘Mate’ or ‘Vegetale’ - we had all of them. None of them disappointed! Nice wine-pairing as well.

10/10What a wonderful dinner ! We all chose 7 couses, my wife the sea menu and the rest of us the meat menu. All couses was without exeption top class, both in taste and presentation. My personal favorite was the pigion; it was so delisious, juicy, chrisp and full of taste. World class ! A wonderfull selection of wine is avalible. We had a nice Pol Roger Rose, followed by the outstanding Ornelleia. We will be back :-)
