The food was great, customer service was okay and the ambiance wasn’t bad

The staff was very helpful and kind. My friend got spiked on aperol spritz and dropped his knife twice. The waiter was so patient he didn’t bat an eye while replacing the cutlery. Overall the dishes were delicious and hit the spot.

The waiter was okay, but nothing special, the same was with the food, the cheese board was small and didn't look appetizing, the risotto we ordered was actually tasteless, and there was very little seafood in it, I've eaten much better dishes for a similar price

Food is no different than the typical restaurant in Venice which is great overall. Service is a very slow due to one waiter servicing the entire restaurant. The wait time may be intended for local diners who may have a bit more patients but not ideal for American diners. I’d say try it if you have time to wait around for your food to come out.

The boss was enthusiastic and the staff was not. The food came out quickly and it was worth eating.

Nice and polite waiter, although was confused for a while when I mentioned The fork booking. Food was ok, hight prices for food and drinks, but with the app ok.

Food was okay. Found all of the food on Venice to be lower quality than the rest of Italy. There is a seperate menu for “The Fork” customers. Not sure if it is priced differently. Pizza is not included in the discount. Service was lovely and very friendly

Good dinner overall. They brought the wrong dish initially. I ordered the meat ravioli, which looked more like a tortellini.
