A taste of New Orleans in Madrid! Jambalaya, crawfish croquetas and fried green tomatoes! The shrimp po-boy was overstuffed and full of Creole flavor thanks to the homemade remoulaude sauce, the gumbo was rich, dark and sultry, chock full of shrimp, sausage and chicken and New Orleanian spices. The hurricane cocktail was fruity and fresh and a little bit dangerous (so drinkable but so potent). And to top it off, bananas foster, flambeed tableside with a generous splash of banana liqueur. Can't wait to go back for the muffuletta, the soft shell crab poboy and the blackened fish. Be sure to ask about the onion with chocolate--mind-bendingly delicious! Definitely recommend!!!,
