Nothing sensational for a 3 Michelin stars. Also I was expecting more originality in term of plate garnishing. So we thought that was overpriced, except for the wine.

Uliassi truly lives up to its fame. It probably is the best, most creative and inventive restaurant in all of Italy. The attention to details, the impeccable service and the beautiful beachy setting only slightly add to the quality of the food which is truly superb. The Michelin stars are very well deserved.

Gorgeous setting on the Adriatic beachfront . The restaurant has beautiful and unique decor . Very friendly with Chef visiting out table! Accommodating and so attentive to you! A special luncheon with exquisite knowledgeable service !
