It was a great experience. The food was excellent and the service was very good.

The service was outstanding and personable. My server, Ana, and another gentleman (Rikity?) were so lovely. They were the icing on the cake. I also had an after dinner drink at the adjacent bar and the bartender, young man in his 20’s, was so nice and knowledgeable about the property. I highly recommend this establishment.

It’s a beautiful place with an impressive setting, and the service was up to a high standard. However, the food was very disappointing. The starter blue lobster was plain and dry, and my fish was so oversalted that I couldn’t finish it, with fairly plain sides to match. My mom’s cod was served with chickpeas (the two don’t go well together) and simply wasn’t tasty at all. My dad’s lamb was chewy and full of bones. We skipped dessert because the overall experience was already disappointing. We were celebrating our parents’ anniversary that evening and left feeling hungry. Portions being small isn’t an issue when the flavors shine, but in this case the dishes were bland and not up to the standard of the establishment. The presentation of the dishes was excellent, which is what initially attracted us to visit the restaurant.

It's not every day we get to dine in a palace. It's Was such an amazing experience. The staff was amazing and always very friendly. The food was so very delicious and worth every cent! I even received a whole cake on the house for my birthday which was so unexpected and some more complimentaries from the kitchen. All in all it was one of my best experiences ever! Thank you so much ❤️

The food was poor at best. The 3 of use were charged 13.5 Euro for 4 pieces of bread (they did not leave the basket of bread that was paid for at the table), 22 Euro for water (which I had to poor for myself and the rest of the table), and then they added a gratuity on the bread and water along with everything else so we paid ~45 Euro total with gratuity for bread and water with our meal. Most of the dishes did not taste good...certainly not for a highly ranked restaurant. This was a rip off...shame on Valle Flor from trying to take advantage of their clientelle. Avoid!

They never fail to impress and Bruno our waiter was impeccable. It was his birthday too. He should get a raise!

Service was very bad in the restaurant. There was an event going on and our table was right in front of the doors to the support area. Servers were in and out constantly right in front of our table. Service was bad and took a long time, we went for a quick cigarette and they had served the food and left it on the table without waiting which is ridiculous. Starter was awful the main dish was good.

The place is very pretty, food was good and service was excellent! Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. It is a wonderful place where you feel like royalty!

the place is amazing, the villa is beautiful. the food is good as well, even if my seitan was not the best, the way was cooked mad it a bit dry and not tasteful. apart it, was an amazing experience and the palace itself deserves a visit.

Had a wonderful meal here with a friend I know in Lisbon. As mentioned before not Coventry dressed but this did not phase them. There was a bit of confusion a greedy me ordered 2 starters where as my friend ordered only one so the mail courses arrived at the wrong time. But these went back and my additional course was presented with apologies. Now often when things like this happen the mains could have been put aside and reheated however when they did arrive I believe they were freshly cooked or had been held in a way that did not impact the main course (which in my case being lamb cutlets would not be easy). The only thing was the restaurant was quite empty as it was election night and I think everyone was at home watching the results. A beautiful restaurant in an historic setting with great food and service.

We went for the Sunday Brunch and it’s not worth the money at all. Very poor food choice, not great quality and small quantities. Not worth $45 at all

Really interesting menu with great professional service in a gorgeous dining room. Delicious food beautifully presented with a good local wine list. Very highly recommended….
